What Is It!

We're hosting two different workshops at this year's Latitude festival in the Mind, Body, Zen area.

Let's play! Play is important for us, it helps us destress, feel connected, fuels creativity and more. We shouldn't stop playing when we become adults so come and play with us! This workshop is all about stepping into a care-free curiosity and sense of fun, delight and PLAY.

Create Your Own Soundbath Take a moment away from the festival and unwind in the sounds of nature. In this playful and meditative workshop, we’ll journey through nature using sound and imagination. You’ll co-create soundscapes inspired by jungles, oceans, caves and more, using your voice and body. It’s a chance to unwind, awaken your senses, and find calm through collective creativity.

Where To Find Us

In the Mind, Body and Zen area of Latitude festival in the Heart Bus and the Temple of Connection.

Times

  • Let's Play at 1pm Saturday in the Temple of Connection

  • Create Your Own at 2pm Sunday in the Heart Bus

Just rock up at the right time. Everyone is welcome!

Thank you to The Zen Project for having us in their Mind, Body and Zen area. The Zen Project is on a mission to make all things ‘zen’ accessible to as many people as possible and help tackle the mental health crisis in the UK.
